Don Gallagher
Front-End Web Developer
Don is a highly experienced freelance web developer with a wealth of knowledge in designing, deploying, and maintaining open-source content management systems and static websites. He has a diverse clientele spanning the commercial, educational, and non-profit sectors, and has been an approved vendor for the Massachusetts Institute of Technology since 2007.
Prior to starting his own business, Don held the position of webmaster at NetGenesis (acquired by SPSS), a web analytics company that serviced Fortune 500 companies, and PCDOCs (acquired by Hummingbird, Ltd), an enterprise document management solution.
Don's background as an AutoCAD specialist gave him a solid foundation in computers and software, which led him to transition from the mechanical design field to the web design arena.
David Jourard
Web Developer & Programmer
David Jourard, owner of Bytes Interactive, is Johnson String Instrument’s web developer for both front and back-end systems. David also assists in the system administration of the web server.
Bytes Interactive specializes in e-commerce, operates a PayPal digital goods delivery download service, offers secure web hosting focused on medical clinics along with overall internet and web consulting.

Recent interactive projects include a commemorative timeline for the Education Development Center, Inc., a custom interactive survey for Education Resource Strategies, Inc., and a micro admissions marketing site for the Brandeis International Business School.
Our creative work includes iBooks, eBooks, interactive sites and e-newsletters as well as annual reports, brochures, books, marketing materials and corporate identity programs.

Susan Wilson

Susan Wilson is a highly respected photographer, author, educator, and lecturer who has exhibited her artwork in dozens of shows, and gained national recognition for her images of performing and literary artists. Her client list over the years has included such well-known names as Rebecca Parris, Bill Harley, the Borromeo String Quartet, Daniel Stepner, Roger Tapping, Keith Lockhart, Pete Seeger, Holly Near, Alison Krauss, Patty Larkin, Bill Morrissey, Anita Diamant, and Stephen McCauley. For three decades, her photos have regularly appeared in newspapers, magazines, books, CD covers, posters, postcards, websites, catalogues, and other media around the world.
An alumna of the Museum School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, and both undergraduate and graduate studies in history at Tufts University, she has served on the faculty of the New England School of Photography (NESOP) since 1982, and is director of NESOP's acclaimed Crosscurrents seminar series. Susan has combined her love for history, world culture, imagery, and storytelling as Co-Director of the multimedia company, Melodic Vision, as well as by developing historic walking tours, slide lectures, and even a museum in Boston's North End. Susan was editor and contributing author for Symphony Hall: The First 100 Years, and author/photographer of several other books, including Boston Sites and Insights, The Literary Trail of Greater Boston, Garden of Memories: A Guide to Historic Forest Hills, and The Omni Parker House.
Working with and shooting for Johnson String Instrument has been a delightful and logical extension of Susan's love for musicians and musical instruments.
