Terms and Conditions
The Liability Damage Waiver (LDW) is designed to protect our customers from the high cost of instrument maintenance and the possibility of catastrophic damage. While the LDW is optional, we strongly advise and encourage ALL of our clients to include this coverage with their rental. Please review the below costs associated with non-coverage before deciding to waive coverage.
Instrument Exchange Fee for any reason (size, preference, repair)......... $25
Bow Exchange Fee for any reason (size, preference, repair)..................... $15
Cleaning Fee upon return and closure of rental account.......................... $25

Note: Payment for Exchange Fees are due at the time of exchange; Cleaning Fees are due at the time of return.
