The wound strings are precision wrapped with phosphor bronze wire over hexagonal high-carbon steel cores, providing tonal versatility, stable intonation, and dependable response. Plain steel treble strings support clear articulation and easy bending, while the light-gauge bass strings add depth and projection. The uncoated, round-wound construction preserves a direct feel and the natural warmth associated with phosphor bronze acoustic guitar strings.
