The Boveda 2-Way Humidification Starter Kit, Large provides simple, low-maintenance humidity control for cellos, double basses, guitars, and other large wooden instruments stored in closed cases. Designed to minimize potentially damaging humidity fluctuations, Boveda works in two directions, releasing or absorbing water vapor as conditions change. The included 49% RH packets help maintain a stable environment without the routine refilling required by traditional sponge-style humidifiers.

This complete starter kit includes three Boveda humidity control packets along with leakproof holders that allow water vapor to pass through while helping protect the packets from accidental punctures. Place the packets in their holders and position them inside the instrument case where air can circulate, then keep the case closed for effective humidity control. With a double holder, single holder, and three packets included, the Large Starter Kit provides everything needed to begin using the Boveda system with a cello, upright bass, guitar, or similarly sized wooden instrument.
