Johnson String Instrument is excited to be visiting your school soon to deliver, pick up, and exchange rental instruments and supplies for renting families. To place an order or arrange for your instrument to be picked up, please visit our website or call us at 800-359-9351. To ensure that your instrument can be prepared for delivery, please be sure to order before noon the day before our next sheduled trip. 

We are working with your teacher to schedule additional visits in September as needed.  Beginning in October, subsequent visits will take place regularly throughout the school year, typically on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month. 

Please note: Orders will be charged as they are received.

Your account: To access your rental account, please click the link at the bottom of this email. From there, you can pay a bill, request a size exchange, or print a shipping label.
 
Exchanges and returns: Once you have notified us that you are exchanging or returning your instrument, please be sure to attach your name, the student's name, and phone number to the case to ensure proper account crediting. Please have all instruments returned to your child's strings teacher, school's main office or designated drop off area.
