Carlo Graziani (17?? - 1787) was an Italian cellist and composer. There are scant details available about his early life in Italy, but there are records of his work as a orchestral cellist in Paris and London in the 1760s. By 1770, he was in Germany, eventually acting as the royal cello teacher to Friedrich Wilhelm II in Potsdam. His limited output seems to always include a solo cello and includes sonats and concertos. This duet was originally written for cello and violetta and is arranged here for cello and viola.
