How do I use the Johnson Shopping Cart?
The shopping cart is easy! Go anywhere on our site and when you find what you want simply type-in the quantity, color, etc and click on the "ADD TO YOUR CART" button. You will then see a display of what you have selected. Now click on the "BACK" button of your browser, or choose from the options at the top of the page.
***Note: If you do not put a quantity, your cart will not display the item.
What happens if I make a mistake?
All you do is change the amounts on the display page (after you click the "ADD TO MY CART" button ), or you can delete the entire item all together.
What happens if I can't complete my order?
Computer crash? Fussy child? Impatient spouse? If for some reason you cannot complete your order don't worry, you can return within 24 hours and pick-up where you left off - it's that easy. Our shopping cart uses "cookies"; a tiny file that it gives to your computer so the cart knows who you are and which order is yours (for 24 hours).
Should I worry about my credit card number?
Always, but not with our shopping cart. When you decide to "CHECK OUT" you (and your order form) are transferred to a secure server where the communication between your browser and the order form is encrypted with the industry standard SSL 3.0, 128 bit encryption. This is the only time you will give your credit card number. The form is then sent using PGP 1024 bit encryption to our store where it is decrypted, processed, and filed safely in our store. You should always look for the lock at the bottom of your browser, or at the URL begins with "https" which indicates that you are in a secure server.
How do I know the order went through?
You are automatically emailed a copy of the invoice to confirm your order (without your CC#). If you have any last minute changes you can send an addendum order, or call us toll-free (800) 359-9351 anytime to make any changes.
