2013 Johnson String Instrument will visit the Waldorf School of Cape Cod on Thursday, April 25th to deliver rental violins, violas, and cellos. Instruments will be dropped off during the school day and can be picked up from the main office after dismissal. If you are enrolled at the Waldorf School and need to order a rental, exchange your instrument, or close your account, this is a good opportunity to do so without visiting our Newton store. Exchanges: Please place your order by 6 PM on Wednesday the 24th either via your online account or by calling 800-359-9351. Label your current instrument clearly with your name, phone number, and exchange instructions, and leave it in the main office before 9AM on April 25th. Your new instrument will be left in its place and will be available for pickup anytime after dismissal. New Rentals: Please call 800-359-9351 or use the online order form on our service trips web page to complete a rental contract by 6 PM on Wednesday, April 24th. Your instrument and any accessories you order will be delivered during the school day on the 25th and will be available for pickup from the main office after dismissal. Please note: contracts will be charged as they are received. Returns: Leave your instrument in the main office before 9AM on April 25th. Leave a note on the case with your name, phone number, and an indication that the instruments should be picked up. Please understand that we cannot process returns we cannot identify. Accessories: Violinists and violists will need a foam shoulder rest or Kun upgrade. Cellists will need a Xeros anchor and bass players will need a rock stop. Your teacher also recommends either a JSI or Hamilton music stand. Manage your account online: You can check account status, make payments, and order instruments or accessories online.
