June 2013 Johnson String will visit the Lexington Waldorf School on Friday, June 14th to pick up, deliver, and exchange rental string instruments. Parents can meet us between 1:00 and 2:00 PM or leave clearly labeled instruments in the music room before we arrive. If you need to exchange your instrument, close your account, or order a new rental, this is a good opportunity to do so without visiting our Newton store. Manage your account online: You can check account status, make payments, and order new rentals online. To get started, visit www.johnsonstring.com and click on the “my account” link. Renewals: We encourage you to continue practicing over the summer. Renew now to take advantage of free months offered with twelve-month renewals. This offer applies to our Standard and Advanced rental instruments, but not to our Master-level rentals. Exchanges: To exchange your rental, please place an order by noon on Thursday, June 13th either via your online account or by calling 800-359-9351. Meet us in person at 1PM to make the exchange or leave your original instrument in the music room before our arrival. If you are leaving an instrument in advance, please be sure it is clearly labeled with your name and phone number. We will leave the new instrument in its place. Returns: To return your instrument for the summer, simply leave your instrument in the music room anytime before 1PM on June 14th. Please be sure your instrument is clearly marked with your name and phone number, so we know which rental account to close. Please understand that we cannot process instruments we cannot identify. New rentals: To open a new rental account, please call 800-359-9351 or use our website to complete a rental contract by 6 PM on Thursday, June 13th. Meet us in the music room between 1 and 2 PM on the 14th, or let us know that we should leave your order there for you to pick up at your convenience. This service trip is for students enrolled at the Lexington Waldorf School.
