2013 Our APRIL 16TH TRIP HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED due to school vacation. Johnson String will visit the Galvin Middle School office on Friday, April 12th. If you are enrolled in the Wakefield Public School District and need to exchange your current instrument, order a new rental, or close your account, this is a good opportunity to do so without visiting our Newton store. Please place all orders by 6PM on Thursday, April 11th. Manage your account online: You can check account status, make payments, and order instruments or accessories online. To get started, visit www.johnsonstring.com and select MY ACCOUNT. Exchanges: To upgrade or exchange your current instrument, place an order via your online account, or call 800-359-9351. Mark your original case with your name and phone number and leave it in the Galvin Middle School office for pickup before the start of the school day on the 12th. Your replacement instrument can be picked up after dismissal. Returns: Wakefield parents who are currently renting and need to return instruments may leave them for pickup before the start of the school day on April 12th. If you are leaving an instrument, please be sure it is marked with your name and phone number so we can close the correct account. New Rentals: To order a new instrument, visit www.johnsonstring.com, select RENTALS, select ORDER A RENTAL ONLINE, then select DELIVERY. Choose your school district to complete a rental contract. Your instrument will be delivered on the 12th and can be picked up after dismissal. Books and accessories: fourth and fifth graders need Essential Elements 2000 Book 1, and sixth graders need Essential Elements 2000 Book 2. Violinists and violists need a foam shoulder rest, cellists need a Xeros endpin anchor, and your teachers have recommended a Surestop endpin anchor for bassists. All string players are asked to purchase a collapsible music stand. This service trip is for the Wakefield Public Schools. If you received this message in error, email info@johnsonstring.com or call 800-359-9351 so we can update our records.
