June 2013 Johnson String Instrument will visit Clover Street, Oliver Ellsworth, JFK, and Poquonock schools on Tuesday, June 11th. We will also visit the SAGE PARK MUSIC ROOM later in June to pick up, deliver, and exchange rental string instruments for Windsor Public School students, exact date TBA. Any students enrolled at any Windsor Public School may return via or register for delivery to Sage Park. Please see our website or call 800-359-9351 if you prefer service through CLOVER STREET, OLIVER ELLSWORTH, JFK, or POQUONOCK on the 11th. RENEWALS: We encourage you to continue playing over the summer. Call now to take advantage of free months offered with twelve-month renewals. This offer applies to our Standard and Advanced rental instruments, but not to our Master-level rentals. RETURNS: If you plan to return your instrument to Sage Park, please call to let us know, and leave it in the music room before the start of the school day on the pickup date. Please be sure your instrument is clearly labeled as a return, and include your name and phone number so we can close the correct account. PLEASE UNDERSTAND WE CANNOT ACCEPT INSTRUMENTS WE CANNOT IDENTIFY. EXCHANGES: If you need to upgrade or exchange the instrument you are currently renting, please call 800-359-9351 or register via your online account to reserve an instrument for delivery. Please be sure to specify that you will make the exchange at Sage Park, or select one of the other four schools. Leave your old instrument in the music room before the start of the school day on the the delivery date, then pick up your replacement anytime after dismissal. Please be certain your instrument is clearly labeled with your name, phone number, and exchange instructions. NEW RENTALS: To order a new rental instrument for delivery, please fill out a contract online or by calling 800-359-9351. Please be sure to specify that you prefer delivery to Sage Park, or select one of the other four schools. You may pick up the instrument after dismissal on the delivery date from whichever school you have chosen. We will also visit The Hartt School of Music in West Hartford on Tuesday, June 18th between 6:30 and 7:30 PM. If you would like to meet us in person, please call 800-359-9351 for more information.
