June 2013 Johnson String will visit the living room at Winchester Community Music School on Wednesday, June 19th, 3:00 - 4:00 PM. If you are enrolled at WCMS or in the Winchester Public Schools and need to order a rental, exchange your instrument, or return and close your account, this is a good opportunity to do so without visiting our Newton store. Manage your account online: You can check account status, make payments, and order instruments or accessories online. To get started, visit www.johnsonstring.com and select MY ACCOUNT. Renewals: We encourage you to continue practicing over the summer. Call now to take advantage of free months offered with twelve-month renewals. This offer applies to our Standard and Advanced rental instruments, but not to our Master-level rentals. Exchanges: To upgrade or exchange your current instrument, please place an order before 6 PM on Tuesday, June 18th, either via your online account or by calling 800-359-9351. Meet us in the WCMS living room between 3 and 4 on Wednesday the 19th to make the exchange. Returns: To return your instrument and close your account, please meet us in the WCMS living room between 3 and 4 on the 19th, or leave your instrument in the WCMS office in advance. If you are leaving an instrument before we arrive, please be sure it is marked with your name and phone number. Please understand we cannot process rentals we cannot identify. New Rentals: To order a new instrument visit www.johnsonstring.com or call 800-359-9351 to complete a rental contract before 6 PM on Wednesday June 19th. Meet us in the WCMS living room between 3 and 4 PM on the 19th to pick up your instrument. This service trip is for students of the Winchester Community Music School and the Winchester Public Schools.
