June 2013 Johnson String Instrument will visit St. David's School on Tuesday, June 11th to pick up, deliver, and exchange rental instruments. We will make a follow-up trip to St. David’s on Friday, June 21st. After the 21st, our next visit will be in September. CONTINUING PLAYERS: If you are keeping your instrument for summer, please do not leave it in the music suite hallway on June 11th. All JSI instruments found in the music hallway on June 11th will be picked up. RENEWALS: We encourage you to keep your instrument during the summer. Renew your account now to take advantage of free months offered with twelve-month renewals. This offer applies to our Standard and Advanced rental accounts, but not to our Master-level rentals. RETURNS: We hope your child will continue playing, but if you are returning your instrument for the summer, please leave it in the 5th floor music suite hallway anytime before 9AM on June 11th. Label the case with your name, phone number, and pickup instructions to ensure proper account closing. Failure to attach your name to the instrument may result in your account being charged for rental time or the retail price of the instrument. EXCHANGES: To exchange your current rental instrument, place an order via your account at www.johnsonstring.com or call 800-359-9351 before noon on Monday, June 10th. Leave your original instrument in the 5th floor music suite hallway anytime before 9AM on June 11th. Your replacement instrument will be left in the hallway that day. NEW RENTALS: To open a new rental account, please call 800-359-9351 or use the order form on our website to complete a rental contract by noon on Monday, June 10th. Your instrument and any accessories you order will be delivered to the 5th floor music suite hallway on the 11th.
