June 2013 Johnson String Instrument will make a service trip to Saint Ann's on Tuesday, June 11th to deliver new rentals, make exchanges, and pick up returns. This will be our final trip of the school year. We will return to Saint Ann’s in September. Violin and viola players are asked to make exchanges and returns through your teacher, Ling Cao. Cello and bass players are asked to use the security desk for returns and exchanges. RENEWALS: We encourage you to continue playing over the summer. Call now to take advantage of free months offered with twelve-month renewals. This offer applies to our Standard and Advanced rental instruments, but not to our Master-level rentals. EXCHANGES: To upgrade or exchange your current instrument, please call 800-359-9351 or place an order through your online account by noon on Monday, June 10th. Leave your current violin or viola with Ling Cao, or your cello or bass with the security desk. Your new instrument will be delivered during the day on the 11th. RETURNS: If you are renting your instrument privately and would like to return it and close your account, please label your case clearly with your name and phone number. Leave your violin or viola with your teacher, Ling Cao, before the start of the school day on June 11th. Leave your cello or bass with the security desk before the start of the school day on June 11th. Please understand we cannot process instruments we cannot identify. NEW RENTALS: If you have been asked to order your own rental instrument and accessories for home use, please call 800-359-9351 before noon on Monday, June 10th to register for delivery. Instruments will be delivered during the day on the 11th and may be picked up from the security desk any time after the 11th. This rental service trip is for students enrolled at Saint Ann's School.
