June 2013 Johnson String Instrument will make a service trip to Silver Music on Friday, June 7th to deliver new rentals, make exchanges, and pick up returns. If you need to order a new rental and accessories or would like to exchange your current rental, please register at www.johnsonstring.com, at 800-359-9351, or via your online account before noon on Thursday, June 6th. Instruments will be delivered during the day on the 7th and may be picked up towards the end of the business day. We will make a follow-up trip to Silver Music on Friday, June 21st. After the 21st, our next trip to Silver will be in September. If you need an instrument to be picked up for return, please attach your name, phone number, and pickup instructions to the case to ensure proper account closing. Please understand that we cannot process returns we cannot identify. This rental service trip is for students enrolled at Silver Music School. If you are not enrolled, please select the shipping option online or call 800-359-9351 with questions.
