2013 Johnson String Instrument will visit Centennial Hall on Wednesday, January 9th to provide rental service for Seacoast Academy and Lincoln Street School. Please note that because this trip is a daytime dropoff and not a meeting, advance registration is required. Please place your order by noon on Tuesday, January 8th. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your current rental instrument for any reason, please call 800-359-9351 or access your online account to place an order before noon on Tuesday, January 8th. Label your current instrument clearly with your name, phone number, and exchange instructions, and leave it at Centennial Hall by the end of the day on the 8th. Your new instrument will be left in its place, and will be available for pickup after 6PM on the 9th. New rentals: Please call 800-359-9351 or use the online order form on our service trips web page to complete a rental contract any time before noon on Tuesday, January 8th. We require a credit card number as a security deposit on the rental contract. However, you are welcome to pay the rental fee by cash, check, or credit card. Rates include insurance. Renewals may be done by mail, telephone, or via your online account. Yearly rates are less expensive and if you return early, you will receive a refund for any unused paid time, excepting the initial three-month minimum. Rental equity program: A portion of rental fees paid may be used toward purchase of an instrument. Accessories: All violinists and violists will need a foam shoulder rest, and all players will need a bookâplease check with your teacher for specific requirements. Returns: If you would like to close your rental account, please label your instrument clearly with your name, phone number, and return instructions, and leave it at Centennial Hall on or before Tuesday the 8th. Please note that we cannot process returns we cannot identify. This service trip is for students enrolled at Seacoast Academy or the Lincoln Street School. If you are not enrolled, please visit our store in Boston or select the shipping option.
