2013 Our APRIL 16TH TRIP HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED due to school vacation. Johnson String will visit Rockland Montessori Academy on Friday, April 12th to deliver, exchange, and pick up rental string instruments. If you need to order a rental, exchange your instrument, or close your account, this is a good opportunity to do so without visiting our Newton store. Please note that advance registration is required for this delivery, and orders must be placed by 6 PM on Thursday, April 11th. Exchanges: If you need to exchange an instrument you are currently renting, you can call 800-359-9351 or set up an online rental account at www.johnsonstring.com to reserve instrument delivery. Leave your original instrument with your teacher, Maciej Kaczmarek, for pickup before the end of the day on Thursday the 11th. The new one will be available for you to pick up from Mr. K. after the delivery. New Rentals: Be sure to order a blue shoulder rest foam when registering for your violin. Your teacher REQUIRES all students to purchase this item for $3.75, and it will be added to your order if you do not select it. We deliver instruments to your teacher during the school day. If you are unable to register by April 11th, we can still ship an instrument to you for a $17 shipping fee. Orders will be charged as they are received. Returns: If you need to return a rental, leave your instrument with your teacher, Maciej Kaczmarek, before the end of the day on April 11th. Be sure your instrument is clearly marked with your name and phone number. Please understand that we cannot process returns we cannot identify.
