Fall 2012 Johnson String will visit the Pine Hill Waldorf School, 77 Pine Hill Drive in Wilton, on Tuesday, September 4th to deliver, exchange, and pick up rental string instruments and accessories. If you need to order a rental, exchange your instrument, or close your account, this is a good opportunity to do so without visiting our Newton store. We recommend that you order in advance to guarantee availability. Please place all orders by 6 PM on Friday 8/31. We will be closed Monday the 3rd in observance of Labor Day. Please note: Advance registration is REQUIRED for bass delivery. New Renters: If you would like to start a new rental account, you will need to complete a contract. To do so please call 800-359-9351 or visit www.johnsonstring.com, select RENTALS on the left and ORDER A RENTAL ONLINE, then choose the delivery option and select Pine Hill. You may use the shopping cart tool to add other items to your order, which will be available for pickup from the auditorium at 12:10 on September 4th. Exchanges: To upgrade or exchange your current instrument, please place an order by 6 PM on Friday, August 31st via your online account or by calling 800-359-9351. Meet us in the auditorium at 12:10 on the 4th to make the exchange. Returns: Advance registration is not necessary for returns; simply meet us in the auditorium at 12:10. Label your instrument clearly with your name, phone number, and address. Please understand we cannot process returns we cannot identify. Accessories: In general, violinists and violists need a foam or upgraded shoulder rest, and cellists need a rock stop. These and other items can easily be added to your order online or over the phone. Please check with your teacher regarding books and other required accessories.
