June 2013 Johnson String Instrument will visit Lexington on Thursday, June 20th to pick up, deliver, and exchange rental instruments. We will visit the main office at each of the six elementary schools: Bowman, Bridge, Estabrook, Fiske, Harrington, and Hastings. Manage your account online: You can check account status, make payments, and order new rentals and accessories online. To get started, visit www.johnsonstring.com and click on the "my account" link. Renewals: We encourage players to continue practicing your instrument over the summer. Call now to take advantage of free months offered with twelve-month renewals. This offer applies to our Standard and Advanced rental instruments, but not to our Master-level rentals. Exchanges: To upgrade or exchange your current rental instrument, please place an order by 6 PM on Wednesday, June 19th, either via your online account or by calling 800-359-9351. Please be sure to specify one of the six elementary schools; whichever delivery destination is most convenient for you. Label your current instrument clearly with your name and phone number and leave it in the main office at your chosen location anytime before the start of the school day on June 20th. Your new instrument will be available for pickup after dismissal. Returns: To return your instrument and close your rental account, simply leave your instrument in the main office at one of the six elementary schools anytime before the start of the school day on the 20th. Please be sure your instrument is clearly marked with your name and phone number, so we know which rental account to close. Please understand that we cannot process returns we cannot identify. New rentals: To open a new rental account, please place an order by 6 PM on Wednesday, June 19th, either through our website or by calling 800-359-9351. Please be sure to indicate your preferred delivery destination of the six elementary schools listed above. Your instrument will be delivered to the main office at the elementary school of your choice during the day on the 20th and can be picked up after dismissal. This service trip is for students enrolled in the Lexington Public Schools.
