Fall 2012 Johnson String Instrument will visit the Joyce Kilmer School, 140 Russett Road in West Roxbury, on Thursday, September 20th starting at 6:00 PM to deliver rental string instruments. We recommend that you place an order in advance as this is the only way to guarantee that the appropriate instrument and accessories will be held for you until the end of the delivery. You may do so before 6 PM on Wednesday, September 19th by calling 800-359-9351 or by using the online order form found on our service trips web page. New renters: please call our office at 800-359-9351 or use our online order form to complete a rental contract. If you are unable to complete a contract in advance, you may do so at the delivery while your child is sized, provided you are not ordering a bass. Please note that we do require all renters to provide a valid credit card number on their contract. However, you are welcome to pay the rental fee with cash or a check if you prefer. ADVANCE REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR BASS DELIVERY. Exchanges: if you rent from Johnson String and would like to upgrade or exchange your current instrument, please place an order via your online account or by calling 800-359-9351 by 6 PM on September 19th. Meet us at the school on the 20th to make the exchange. Returns: if you are a current renter and would like to return your instrument and close your account, simply meet us at the school on September 20th.
