2013 Johnson String Instrument will visit Kalin Ivanov's studio on Thursday, May 9th to deliver and pick up rental string instruments for those studying with Mr. Ivanov. Please register all orders and planned returns before noon on Wednesday the 8th, either via your online account or by calling 800-359-9351. New instruments will be delivered to the studio during the day on May 9th and will be available for pickup the following day. Please note: orders will be charged as they are received. Exchanges: To exchange the instrument you are currently renting, please call or access your online account to place an order by noon on Wednesday, May 8th. Label your current case clearly with your name, phone number, and exchange instructions and leave it at the studio by noon on Thursday the 9th. Your new instrument will be left in its place, and will be available for pickup the following day. Returns: If you need an instrument to be picked up for return, please call 800-359-9351 to let us know, as we will not visit the studio unless there are requests for pickup or delivery. Attach your name, phone number and pickup instructions to the case to ensure proper account closing, and leave the instrument at the studio no later than noon on Thursday the 9th. Please understand that we can not process returns we cannot identify. This service trip is for students of Kalin Ivanov's.
