2013 Johnson String Instrument will visit the Ipswich High School orchestra room on Wednesday, May 29th to deliver, pick up, and exchange rental string instruments. If you need to order a rental, exchange your instrument, or close your account, this is a good opportunity to do so without visiting our Newton store. Please note that because we are not meeting customers in person, all orders must be placed by 6 PM on Tuesday, May 28th. Exchanges: To upgrade or exchange your current instrument, please place an order via your online account or by calling 800-359-9351. Label your current instrument clearly with your name, phone number, and exchange instructions and leave it in the high school orchestra room before the start of the school day on Wednesday the 20th. Your new instrument will be left in its place, and will be available for pickup after dismissal. Returns: Please be sure your instrument is clearly marked with your name, phone number, and instructions, and leave it in the high school orchestra room before the start of the school day on the 28th. Please understand that we cannot process returns we cannot identify. New Rentals: To order a new instrument, please call 800-359-9351 or use the order form on our service trips web page to complete a rental contract. Your instrument and any accessories you choose to order will be delivered to the high school orchestra room during the school day on the 21st, and will be available for pickup after dismissal. Accessories: All new players will need an Orchestra Expressions book. Violinists and violists will need a foam shoulder rest. Music stands and cello rock stops are recommended by your teacher and will be available at the delivery.
