2013 Johnson String Instrument will visit the Hudson River School of Music on Thursday, May 9th to deliver pre-paid rental instruments and accessories. Please place all orders by noon on Wednesday, May 8th. New rentals: Please use the order form on our service trips web page or call 800-359-9351 to complete a rental contract. If you do not know the size of the instrument your child needs we will estimate the size for you. Your instrument and any accessories you order will be available for you to pick up from the Pre-School Room, labeled Allegro #5, following the late afternoon delivery. Please note: orders will be charged as they are received. Exchanges for size & repair can be arranged via your online account or by calling us directly. We will make several trips to the New York City area throughout the school year for exchanges and new rentals and will return at the end of the school year in June for an end-of-the-year pickup. Returns: if you would like to return a rental instrument and close your account, please call to let us know, as we will not visit the school if there are no requests. Label your instrument clearly with your name and phone number and leave it in the Pre-School Room on Wednesday the 8th. Please understand that we cannot process returns we cannot identify.
