June 2013 Johnson String will visit The Hartt School of Music to deliver and pick up rental string instruments on Tuesday, June 18th, 6:30 - 7:30 PM. If you would like to order instruments or accessories for delivery please do so by 5 PM on Monday, June 17th and then meet us on the 18th in room 201. This delivery is open to any new or current Johnson String customers. This will be our final visit to Hartt this school year. Monthly service trips will resume in September. We recommend that you register in advance to reserve the specific instrument size and level as well as any other items you require, as this is the only way to guarantee that everything you need will be held for you until the end of the delivery. You may do so online here or by calling our office at 800-359-9351. Advance registration is REQUIRED for bass delivery. If you are unable to register in advance, you can complete a rental contract while your child is sized for an instrument. Please note that although rental fees may be paid with check, cash, or credit card, we require all JSI renters to provide a credit card number as a security deposit on the rental contract. Rates include insurance. Renewals can be done by mail, telephone or by setting up an online rental account. Longer periods are less expensive and if you return early, you will be refunded the cost of unused time. Rental equity program: A portion of the rental paid may be used toward the purchase of an instrument. Please call our office at 800-359-9351 if you have any questions at all.
