2013 Johnson String Instrument will deliver violins, violas, cellos, and basses for the Franklin Public Schools to the main office at Horace Mann Middle School on Thursday, February 7th during the school day. Please note that we are not meeting customers in person, so advance registration is REQUIRED for this delivery. You may place an order any time before 6PM on Wednesday, February 6th online or by calling our office at 800-359-9351. Orders will be processed as they are received. Exchanges: If you are currently renting and would like to exchange or upgrade your instrument for any reason, please call 800-359-9351 or access your online account to order a new instrument by 6 PM on the 6th. Label your current instrument clearly with your name, phone number, and exchange instructions and leave it in the main office before the start of the school day on the 7th. Your new instrument will be left in its place that morning and will be available for pickup after dismissal. New renters: Please note that we require all renters to provide a credit card number on the contract. However, you are welcome to pay the rental fee by check, cash, or credit card. Renewals may be done by mail, via telephone, or by setting up an ONLINE RENTAL ACCOUNT. Yearly rates are less expensive and if you return early, you will be refunded for unused paid time. Rental equity program: A portion of rental fees paid may be used toward the purchase of an instrument. Returns: To return your rental instrument and close your account, please label it clearly with your name, phone number, and return instructions and leave it in the main office before the start of the school day on the 7th. Please understand that we cannot process returns we cannot identify. Required accessories: All beginning students must have Essential Elements 2000 Book 1, Suzuki Book 1, and the accompanying CD. Returning players should check with their teachers to see if they are ready for Essential Elements Book 2. All violinists and violists are required to have a blue foam shoulder rest or the Kun upgrade, all cellists need a Xeros endpin rest, and all bassists need a rock stop. If you have received this message in error, please email info@johnsonstring.com or call 800-359-9351 so we may update our records. Thank you!
