June 2013 Johnson String will pick up and deliver rental instruments for Farmington Public Schools on Tuesday, June 25th in the EAST FARMS SCHOOL MAIN OFFICE. Any students enrolled at any Farmington Public School may return to or register for delivery to East Farms on the 25th. Please see our website or call 800-359-9351 if you prefer service via UNION, NOAH WALLACE, or WEST DISTRICT. RENEWALS: We encourage you to continue playing over the summer. Call now to take advantage of free months offered with twelve-month renewals. This offer applies to our Standard and Advanced rental instruments, but not to our Master-level rentals. RETURNS: If you plan to return your instrument to East Farms, please call to let us know, and leave it in the main office before the start of the school day on June 25th. Please be sure your instrument is clearly labeled as a return, and include your name and phone number so we can close the correct account. PLEASE UNDERSTAND WE CANNOT ACCEPT INSTRUMENTS WE CANNOT IDENTIFY. EXCHANGES: If you need to upgrade or exchange the instrument you are currently renting, please call 800-359-9351 or register via your online account before 5pm on Monday, June 24th to reserve an instrument for delivery. Please be sure to specify that you will make the exchange at East Farms, or select one of the other three schools listed above. Leave your old instrument at that location before the start of the school day on the 25th, then pick up your replacement anytime after dismissal. Please be certain your instrument is clearly labeled with your name, phone number, and exchange instructions. NEW RENTALS: To order a new rental instrument for delivery, please fill out a contract online or by calling 800-359-9351 before 5pm on Monday the 24th. Please be sure to specify that you prefer delivery to East Farms, or select one of the other three schools. You may pick up the instrument after dismissal on the 11th from whichever school you have chosen. We will also visit the Hartt School of Music in West Hartford on Tuesday, June 18th, 6:30 - 7:30 pm. Please call our office for more information if you would like to meet us in person there. This service trip is for students enrolled in the Farmington Public Schools. If you are not enrolled, please call our office at 800-359-9351 or consult our website for alternative options.
