June 2013 Johnson String Instrument will visit the Community School of the Arts string program in the Tolland building at UCONN on Tuesday, June 18th during the day. We ask that you leave any exchange or return instruments you would like us to pick up by the end of the day on the 17th. Renewals: We encourage you to continue playing over the summer. Call now to take advantage of free months offered with twelve-month renewals. This offer applies to Standard and Advanced rental instruments, but not to our Master-level rentals. Returns: To close your rental account, call 800-359-9351 to request a pickup. Label your instrument clearly with your name and phone number and leave it in the CSA office any time before the end of the day on the 17th. Please understand we cannot process returns we cannot identify. Please place all orders for delivery before 5 PM on Monday, June 17th. You may do so via your online account or by calling our office at 800-359-9351. Upgrades and Exchanges: To upgrade or exchange your current rental instrument, please call 800-359-9351 or place an order via your account at www.johnsonstring.com. Leave your original instrument in the CSA office any time before the end of the day on the 17th. Please be sure your instrument is labeled clearly with your name and phone number. Exchanges may be picked up after 5 PM on the 18th. New Rentals: To order a new instrument, call 800-359-9351 or visit www.johnsonstring.com. On our website, select RENTALS on the left, select ORDER A RENTAL ONLINE, then select DELIVERY and CSA, and complete a rental contract. Your instrument and any other items you order may be picked up from the CSA office after 5 PM on the 18th. This delivery is open to students enrolled at CSA as well as Johnson String customers local to the area.
