2013 Johnson String will pick up and deliver rental instruments for the Concord, NH Public Schools on Thursday, March 21st in the BEAVER MEADOW MUSIC ROOM. Any students enrolled at any Concord Public School may return to or register for delivery to Beaver Meadow on the 21st. Please see our website or call 800-359-9351 if you prefer delivery to ABBOT-DOWNING, BROKEN GROUND, RUNDLETT, or the HIGH SCHOOL. To arrange instrument delivery, you must register by 6 PM on Wednesday, March 20th. Please be sure to register according to your delivery preference. Your instrument will be delivered to whichever school you select while registering. Please note: contracts for new rentals may be completed online or by phone, and will be charged as they are received. EXCHANGES: To exchange an instrument, contact us before 6 PM on Wednesday the 20th to reserve a new instrument, then leave your original instrument in the music room (with instructions). Your replacement instrument can be picked up after dismissal on Thursday the 21st. RETURNS: Because our visit to each school is dependent upon requests, please call to inform us of your intent to return your instrument. To return an instrument at Beaver Meadow, label it with your name, phone number, and instructions and leave it in the main office before the start of the school day on Thursday the 21st. Please understand that we cannot process returns we cannot identify. This service trip is for students enrolled in the Concord Public Schools.
