June 2013 Johnson String Instrument will visit the Concord, NH Public Schools on Wednesday, June 12th. We aren't meeting customers in person, but we can leave instruments and accessories by request. If you need to exchange a current rental, close your account, or order a new rental, this is a good opportunity to do so without visiting our Newton, Massachusetts store. Renewals: We encourage you to continue playing over the summer. Call now to take advantage of free months offered with twelve-month renewals. This offer applies to our Standard and Advanced rental instruments, but not to our Master-level rentals. Returns: To return an instrument, label the case with your name and phone number and leave it in the music room at one of the following locations before the start of the school day on Wednesday the 12th. Please understand we cannot process returns we cannot identify. Abbot-Downing School Beaver Meadow School Broken Ground School Rundlett Middle School Concord High School Manage your account online: You can check account status, make payments, and order instruments or accessories online. To get started, visit www.johnsonstring.com and select MY ACCOUNT. Exchanges: Please call 800-359-9351 or access your online account to place an order by 6 PM on Tuesday, June 11th. When registering, please be sure to indicate which of the above schools you prefer for delivery. Label your case clearly with your name and phone number and leave it at your chosen location before the start of the school day on the 12th. Your new instrument will be available for pickup after dismissal. New Rentals: To open a new rental account, please call 800-359-9351 or visit our website to complete a rental contract by 6 PM on Tuesday, June 11th. Please be sure to indicate which of the above schools you would prefer for delivery. Your instrument will be available for pickup from that location after dismissal on the 12th. This service trip is for students enrolled in the Concord, NH Public Schools.
