June 2013 Johnson String Instrument will make a service trip to The Chapin School on Tuesday, June 11th to deliver new rentals, make exchanges, and pick up returns. If you need to order a new rental and accessories or would like to exchange your current rental instrument, please consult your teacher for instrument sizing and accessory requirements. Call our office at 800-359-9351 by noon on Monday, June 10th to complete a rental contract. Orders will be delivered to Patricia Norchi on the 11th, and she will distribute instruments during strings class. If you need an instrument to be picked up for return, please attach your name, phone number and pickup instructions to the case to ensure proper account closing. Please understand that we cannot process instruments we cannot identify. This rental service is for students enrolled at The Chapin School. If you are not enrolled, please select the shipping option online or call 800-359-9351 with questions.
