June 2013 Johnson String will visit Cocoons Day School on Thursday, June 13th. If you need to exchange your current rental instrument, close your account, or order a new rental, this is a good opportunity to do so without visiting our Newton store. This will be our final trip of the school year. After June 13th, our next visit to Cocoons Day School will be in the fall. Manage your account online: You can check account status, make payments, and order instruments or accessories online. To get started, visit www.johnsonstring.com and select MY ACCOUNT. Renewals: We encourage you to continue practicing over the summer. Call now to take advantage of free months offered with twelve-month renewals. This offer applies to our Standard and Advanced rental instruments, but not to our Master-level rentals. Exchanges: To upgrade or exchange your current instrument, place an order via your online account or by calling 800-359-9351 before 6 PM on Wednesday the 12th. Please label your original case with your name and phone number, and leave it with Megan Grassi by 9 AM on Thursday the 13th. Your new instrument will be delivered during the school day and will be available for pickup after dismissal. Returns: To return your instrument and close your account, please label it clearly with your name, phone number, and return instructions and leave it with Megan Grassi by 9 AM on the 13th. Please understand that we cannot process returns we cannot identify. New Rentals: To order a new instrument, please call 800-359-9351 or use our online order form to complete a rental contract by 6 PM on Wednesday the 12th. Contact Megan Grassi to pick up your instrument after delivery on the 13th. Accessories: Your teacher requires all players to purchase a shoulder rest foam and a Suzuki Book/CD combo. These will be suggested when you order online, and you are welcome to use the shopping cart tool to select additional items for delivery. This service trip is for Cocoons Day School.
