2013 Johnson String will visit Cape Cod to pick up and deliver rental instruments on Monday, April 29th. If you need to order a new rental, exchange your current instrument, or return and close your rental account, this is a good opportunity to do so without visiting our Newton store. Please call 800-359-9351 to make an appointment and then meet our representative at the Woods Hole Ferry at the time agreed upon. Please be aware that this time is subject to change if necessary due to travel. Once you make an appointment, we will give you a phone number to call at 6 PM on the 29th to confirm timing. PLEASE NOTE that advance reservation is required for this delivery, and that all orders must be placed by 6pm on Friday, April 26th. You may order by phone at 800-359-9351 or by creating an online account at www.johnsonstring.com. Manage your account online: You can check account status, make payments, and order instruments or accessories online. To get started, visit www.johnsonstring.com and select MY ACCOUNT. Exchanges: To upgrade or exchange your current instrument, please place an order by 6 PM on Friday, April 26th, either via your online account or by calling 800-359-9351. Meet us at the Woods Hole Ferry at on the evening of the 29th. Returns: Call to make an appointment, then meet us at the Woods Hole Ferry on the 29th. Please be sure the instrument you are returning is clearly marked with identifying information. New Rentals: To order a new instrument, call 800-359-9351 or visit www.johnsonstring.com, select RENTALS on the left, select ORDER A RENTAL ONLINE, then select DELIVERY for the Cape to complete your rental contract. Meet us at the Woods Hole Ferry on the evening of the 29th to pick up your instrument.
