June 2013 Johnson String Instrument will visit Brooklyn-Queens Conservatory on Tuesday, June 18th to pick up, deliver, and exchange rental string instruments. If you are enrolled at the Conservatory and need rental service, please register at www.johnsonstring.com or by calling 800-359-9351 anytime before noon on Monday, June 17th. This will be our final service trip of the school year. After the 18th, our next visit to the Conservatory will be in September. If you would like an instrument to be picked up from the school, please leave it at the registration desk on the afternoon of June 17th or before the start of the school day on the 18th. All returns must be labeled with your name, phone number, and pickup instructions to ensure proper account closing. Please understand we cannot process returns we cannot identify. New rentals and rental exchanges will be delivered in the afternoon on June 18th and can be picked up from the registration desk the following day. The Conservatory staff requests that all instruments are picked up within 24 hours of the service trip. This rental service is for students enrolled at the Brooklyn Conservatory.
