2013 Johnson String Instrument will make a service trip to the Brooklyn Music Studio on Thursday, May 9th to deliver new rentals, make exchanges, and pick up returns. If you need to order a new rental and accessories or would like to exchange your current rental, please register at www.johnsonstring.com, at 800-359-9351, or via your online account before noon on Wednesday, May 8th. Instruments will be delivered during the school day on the 9th and can be picked up anytime after dismissal. Please note: orders will be charged as they are received. If you need an instrument to be picked up for return, please attach your name, phone number, and pickup instructions to the case to ensure proper account closing. Leave the instrument with Hagai Kamil before the end of the school day on Wednesday, May 8th. Please understand that we cannot process returns we cannot identify. This service trip is for students enrolled at the Brooklyn Music Studio. If you are not enrolled, please select the shipping option online or call 800-359-9351 with questions.
