June 2013 Johnson String will visit the Beverly Public Schools on Wednesday, June 19th to pick up, deliver, and exchange rental string instruments. If you are enrolled in the school district and need to return, exchange, or order a rental string instrument, this is a good opportunity to do so without visiting our Newton store. Your teacher strongly encourages continuing players to practice over the summer. Players who plan to continue their lessons should consider keeping or exchanging their rental instruments rather than closing their accounts. Renewals: Your teacher encourages players to practice over the summer. Call now to take advantage of free months offered with twelve-month rentals. This offer applies to our Standard and Advanced rental instruments, but not to our Master-level rentals. Exchanges: To upgrade or exchange your current rental instrument, please place an order by 6 PM on Tuesday, June 18th, either via your online account or by calling 800-359-9351. Please be sure to let us know which school the player attends so we can deliver the instrument to the correct location. Label your current instrument clearly with your name and phone number and leave it in your school's main office before the start of the school day on the 19th. Your new instrument will be left in its place and will be available for pickup after dismissal. Returns: If you do not plan to continue music lessons or have decided to return for the summer, please label your case clearly with your name and phone number, then leave it in your school's main office before the start of the school day on the 19th. Please understand that we cannot process returns we cannot identify. New rentals: To open a new rental account, please place an order by 6 PM on Tuesday, June 18th, either through our website or by calling 800-359-9351. Please be sure to let us know which school the player attends so we can deliver the instrument to the correct location. Your instrument will be available for pickup from the main office at the school you have specified after dismissal.
