2013 Our APRIL 16TH TRIP HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED due to school vacations. Johnson String will deliver rental violins for the Andover School of Montessori on Friday, April 12th. If you need to order a rental, exchange your instrument, or close your account, this is a good opportunity to do so without visiting our Newton store. Parents: all orders must be placed by 6PM on Thursday, April 11th. If you are unable to register by the 11th, we can still ship a violin to you for a $17 shipping fee. Instruments will be delivered to your teacher, Caroline Lieber, on the 12th, and may be retrieved from her the following day. Please note: contracts will be charged as they are received. Exchanges: If you need to exchange an instrument you are currently renting, you can call 800-359-9351 or set up an online rental account at www.johnsonstring.com to reserve instrument delivery. Please be sure to place your order before 6PM on the 11th. Leave your original instrument with the teacher, Caroline Lieber, for pickup before April 12th. The new one will be available for you to pick up the following day. Returns: If you need to return a rental, please leave your instrument with Ms. Lieber before Friday the 12th. Be sure your instrument is clearly marked with your name and phone number. We will visit Andover School of Montessori periodically during the school year and we will also pick up instruments in June 2013. Please understand that we cannot process returns we cannot identify. Accessories: A foam shoulder rest is required for new violinists and violists. We offer discounted string sets, accessories and other items, which can easily be added to your online or telephone order.
