June 2013 Johnson String will visit Sanborn School, 90 Lovejoy Rd in Andover, on Monday, June 10th. If you are enrolled in Andover Public Schools and need to exchange your current instrument, close your account, or order a new rental, this is a good opportunity to do so without visiting our Newton store. Manage your account online: You can check account status, make payments, and order instruments and accessories online. To get started, visit www.johnsonstring.com and select MY ACCOUNT. Renewals: We encourage you to continue playing over the summer. Call now to take advantage of free months offered with twelve-month renewals. This offer applies to our Standard and Advanced rental instruments, but not to our Master-level rentals. Returns: If you need to return your instrument and close your rental account, please label it clearly with your name, phone number, and return instructions, then leave it on the racks outside the Sanborn School music room on or before Friday, June 7th. Exchanges: You can request exchanges or accessories via your online account or at 800-359-9351 anytime before 6 PM on Friday, June 7th. Please clearly label instruments to be exchanged and leave them on the racks outside the Sanborn music room on or before the 7th. Exchanges can be picked up after delivery on the 10th. New Rentals: To order a new instrument, please call 800-359-9351 or use our website's order form to complete a rental contract by 6 PM on Friday the 7th. Your instrument can be picked up from the racks outside the music room at Sanborn after delivery on June 10th. This service trip is for students enrolled in the Andover Public Schools.
