2013 Johnson String Instrument will visit Third Street Music Settlement, 235 E. 11th St, on Thursday, May 2nd. If you are enrolled at the school and need to order a new rental or exchange your current rental instrument, please call 800-359-9351 or place an order online before noon on Wednesday, May 1st. New rentals: Please call 800-359-9351 or use the online order form on our service trips web page to complete a rental contract before noon on Wednesday the 1st. Your instrument and any accessories you order will be delivered during the school day on the 2nd and can be picked up from the main office the following day. Please note: orders will be charged as they are received. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your current rental instrument for any reason, please call 800-359-9351 or access your online account to place an order before noon on Wednesday, May 1st. Leave your current instrument with the main office staff before 7 PM on the 1st. The replacement will be delivered during the school day on the 2nd and will be available for pickup later that day. Returns: If you would like to return and close your rental account, please leave your instrument with the main office staff before 7 PM on Wednesday the 1st. Attach your name, phone number, and pickup instructions to the case to ensure proper account closing. Please understand that we cannot process returns we cannot identify. This rental service is for students enrolled at Third Street Music Settlement. If you are not enrolled, please select the shipping option online or call 800-359-9351 with questions.
