Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, & Maine Rental Service Trip Information

Johnson String Instrument will be making monthly service trips to our Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, & Maine area schools. During these visits, we will deliver new rentals and pickup instrument returns.
We will typically only visit schools on a "need to" basis. Parents should contact us to arrange for delivery and/or pickup.
If you are not affiliated with one of the schools that we visit you may still be able to arrange to meet our representative at or near one of the schools. All special arrangements must be made in advance of the service trip date.

Connecticut Rental Service Trip Information

Johnson String Instrument makes monthly trips to the Hartt School of Music in West Hartford, as well as schools in Windsor, Farmington and Avon, to service the needs of our customers in Connecticut. If we are coming to your area, we strongly recommend that you call our store ahead of time (1-800-359-9351) if you would like us to bring anything for you. Otherwise we may not have the size and/or type of instrument you need on hand when we visit. We will be able to bring instruments for new renters, current renters with a need for a new size or a new instrument because of a repair issue, and for those interested in purchasing an instrument. We will also be able to do some basic maintenance on instruments such as string replacement, peg maintenance, and chinrest adjustment. Please call with any specific requests or questions. New York School Rental Service Trip Information

Johnson String Instrument makes monthly service trips throughout the school year to the schools listed below. We visit schools on an as needed basis, meaning that if we have no requests for a school we won't visit that school. If you are not affiliated with any of the schools we visit you may still be able to take advantage of our service trips by making arrangements to meet our representative at or near one of the schools.
