Services Trips

Massachusetts, New Hampshire & Maine Rental Service Trip Information

Johnson String Instrument will be making monthly service trips to our Massachusetts, New Hampshire & Maine area schools. During these visits we will deliver new rentals, exchanges and merchandise and pickup instrument returns.
We will typically only visit schools on a, "need to", basis. Parents should contact us to arrange for delivery and/or pickup.
If you are not affiliated with one of the schools that we visit you may still be able to arrange to meet our representative at or near one of the schools. All special arrangements must be made in advance of the service trip date.

Toku will collect instruments from other two teachers and meet me at Breed. Not meeting Parents. PARENTS SHOULD NOT LEAVE INSTRUMENTS IN OFFICE, HALLWAY OR ELSEWHERE AT ANY SCHOOL. Instruments should be clearly marked with the student's name and phone number. Parent's should call ahead to arrange for new rentals or exchanges.

Exeter, NH	TBA	TBA	We will drop off and pickup per customer requests only at the Lincoln St. School music office (next to cafeteria). Students should bring instruments directly to teacher.

Connecticut Rental Service Trip Information

Johnson String Instrument makes monthly trips to the Hartt School of Music in West Hartford, as well as schools in Windsor, Farmington and Avon, to service the needs of our customers in Connecticut. If we are coming to your area, we strongly recommend that you call our store ahead of time (1-800-359-9351) if you would like us to bring anything for you. Otherwise we may not have the size and/or type of instrument you need on hand when we visit. We will be able to bring instruments for new renters, current renters with a need for a new size or a new instrument because of a repair issue, and for those interested in purchasing an instrument. We will also be able to do some basic maintenance on instruments such as string replacement, peg maintenance and chinrest adjustment. Please call with any specific requests or questions.
