June 2010 End of the Year Pickups

Johnson String Instrument will visit the Waldorf School of Cape Cod, 140 Old Oyster Rd, Cotuit, MA on Friday, June 25th. We are not meeting customers in person, but we can leave exchanges and new rentals instruments in the main office. If you would like to exchange your current rental instrument, close your account, or order a new rental, this is a good opportunity to do so without visiting our Newton, MA store.

This service trip is for families enrolled at the Waldorf School of Cape Cod. If you received this message in error, email info@johnsonstring.com or call 800-359-9351 so we can update our records.

Manage your account online: You can check account status, make payments, and order instruments or accessories online. To get started, visit www.johnsonstring.com and select MY ACCOUNT.

Exchanges: To exchange your current rental instrument, please place an order via your account at www.johnsonstring.com, or call 800-359-9351. Leave your original instrument in the main office anytime before 9:00 AM on June 25th. Your new instrument can be picked up after 3PM on that date.

Renewals: To encourage players to keep instruments during the summer, we offer free months for 12-month standard and advanced grade rental renewals. Renew a violin, viola or cello for ten months and receive an additional two free months. Renew a bass for nine months and receive an additional three free months. Renew any bass smaller than one-quarter size for six months and receive an additional six free months.

Returns: To return your instrument for the summer, or to close your rental account, please request a pickup at 800-359-9351. Leave your instrument in the main office anytime before 9:00 AM on June 25th. Please be sure your instrument is clearly marked with your name and phone number, so we know which rental account to close.

New Rentals: To order a new instrument via www.johnsonstring.com, select RENTALS on the left, select ORDER A RENTAL ONLINE, then select DELIVERY, select your school district, and complete a rental contract. Your instrument will be delivered on June 25th.
