June 2010 End of the Year Pickups

JSI will visit Lexington Waldorf School on Friday, June 11th. Parents can meet us or leave instruments in the music room before we arrive. If you need to exchange your instrument, close your account, or order a new rental, this is a good opportunity to do so without visiting our Newton store.

Manage your account online: You can check account status, make payments, and order new rentals online. To get started, visit www.johnsonstring.com and click on the MY ACCOUNT link.

Exchanges: To exchange your rental, please place an order via your account at www.johnsonstring.com, or call 800-359-9351. Meet us in person or leave your original instrument in the music room with instructions before 1PM on June 11th.

Returns: To return your instrument for the summer, simply leave your instrument in the music room anytime before 1PM on June 11th. Please be sure your instrument is clearly marked with your name and phone number, so we know which rental account to close.

Renewals: We encourage keeping your instrument during summer. Renew now to take advantage of free months offered with 12-month renewals. Renew a violin, viola or cello for 10 months and receive an additional 2 free months. Renew a bass for 9 months and receive an additional 3 free months. Renew a small bass one-quarter size or smaller for 6 months and receive an additional 6 months. This offer is for our Standard and Advanced rentals, but not Master rentals.

New fourth-grade class: Meet us between 1:00 and 2:30PM to discuss rental options for next school year. An instrument petting zoo for current third graders will give an opportunity to choose between violin, viola, cello or bass. We will return in the September, but if you want to rent in June, visit www.johnsonstring.com, select RENTALS on the left, ORDER A RENTAL ONLINE, then DELIVERY. Select your school to complete a rental contract.
