June 2010 End of the Year Pickups

Spring 2010

On Friday, June 11th from 3:30 to 5:30 pm Johnson String will be in the cafeteria of the Oliver Ellsworth School at 730 Kennedy Road, Windsor, CT 06095 to pick up or exchange rental instruments. Some of you may have your rental paid beyond that date. If so, you are welcome to: 1) Take advantage of the free pick up. 2) Keep the instrument and return it by the due date. OR 3) Renew the rental when you receive your bill.

We encourage your child to continue playing during the summer, but if you wish to return your instrument, please meet us on the 11th or ask a friend to meet us.

Please make sure your instrument is clearly marked with your name, address and phone number so we know which account to close! We will return in September for the fall delivery.

If you need to exchange your instrument, rent a new instrument, or purchase accessories you may register online or call 800-359-9351 anytime before June 11th.

Ellsworth students may leave instruments on the cafeteria stage during school on June 11th. All other renters may meet our representatives in the cafeteria between 3:30 and 5:30 PM.
