JSI will visit Winchester Community Music School, 407 Highland Ave, Winchester, MA on Tuesday, June 22nd, 4:00-6:00 PM. If you need to exchange your current instrument, close your account, or order a new rental, this is a good opportunity to do so without visiting our Newton store.

Manage your account online: You can check account status, make payments, and order instruments or accessories online. To get started, visit www.johnsonstring.com and select MY ACCOUNT.

Exchanges: To exchange your current rental, please request instrument delivery via your online account, or by calling 800-359-9351. Meet us at WCMS on June 22nd.

Returns: If you need to return your rental instrument for the summer, you can meet us at the school or leave your instrument in the WCMS office before 4:00 PM on June 22nd. If you are leaving an instrument in the WCMS office, please be sure it is clearly marked with your name and phone number.

New Rentals: To order a new instrument via www.johnsonstring.com, select RENTALS on the left, select ORDER A RENTAL ONLINE, then select DELIVERY for your school district to complete your rental contract. Your instrument will be delivered on June 22nd.

Renewals: To encourage players to keep instruments during the summer, we offer free months for 12-month standard and advanced grade rental renewals. Renew a violin, viola or cello for ten months and receive an additional two free months. Renew a bass for nine months and receive an additional three free months. Renew any bass smaller than ¼ size for six months and receive an additional six free months.
