Johnson String Instrument will visit Rockport Elementary School, 34 Jerdens Lane, Rockport, MA on Friday, June 11th. If you would like to exchange your current rental instrument, close your account, or order a new rental, this is a good opportunity to do so without visiting our Newton store.

Manage your account online: You can check account status, make payments, and order instruments or accessories online. To get started, visit www.johnsonstring.com and select MY ACCOUNT.

Exchanges: To exchange your current instrument, please place an order via your on line account or call 800-359-9351. Leave your original instrument in the music room before 8AM on June 11th, and your new instrument can be picked up after 10AM.

Returns: To return your instrument for the summer, or to close your rental account, please contact our shop to request a pickup. Leave your instrument in the music room anytime before 8AM on June 11th. Please be sure your instrument is clearly marked with your name and phone number, so we know which rental account to close.

Renewals: We encourage keeping your instrument during the summer. Renew now to take advantage of free months offered with 12-month renewals. Renew a violin, viola or cello for 10 months and receive an additional 2 free months. Renew a bass for 9 months and receive an additional 3 months. Renew a small bass one-quarter size or smaller for 6 months and receive an additional 6 months. This offer is for Standard and Advanced, but not Master grade rentals.

New Rentals: To order a new instrument via www.johnsonstring.com, select RENTALS on the left, select ORDER A RENTAL ONLINE, then select DELIVERY, select your school district, and complete a rental contract. Your instrument will be delivered on June 11th.
