Johnson String Instrument will visit Lincoln School, 301 Butler Ave, Providence, RI on the morning of Tuesday, June 8th. We are not meeting customers in person, but we can leave exchanges and new rentals in the closet off the chorus room. If you need to exchange your current rental instrument, close your account, or order a new rental, this is a good opportunity to do so without visiting our Boston store.

Manage your account online: You can check account status, make payments, and order instruments or accessories online. To get started, visit www.johnsonstring.com and select MY ACCOUNT.

Exchanges: To exchange your current instrument, please call 800-359-9351 or place an order via your online account at www.johnsonstring.com. Leave your original instrument in the orchestra room anytime before dismissal on Friday, June 4th. Your string teacher, Sarah Young will ensure that your new instrument is left in the closet off the chorus room on June 8th. Contact Sarah to pick up your new instrument.

Returns: To return your instrument for the summer, or to close your rental account, simply leave your instrument in the orchestra room before dismissal on Friday, June 4th. Please be sure it is clearly marked with your name and phone number, so we know which rental account to close.

Renewals: To encourage keeping instruments during summer, we offer free months for 12-month standard and advanced rental renewals. Renew a violin, viola or cello for 10 months and receive an additional 2 free months. Renew a bass for 9 months and receive an additional 3 free months. Renew any bass smaller than one-quarter size for 6 months and receive an additional 6 free months.

New Rentals: To order a new instrument via www.johnsonstring.com, select RENTALS on the left, select ORDER A RENTAL ONLINE, then select DELIVERY, select your school district, and complete a rental contract. Your string teacher, Sarah Young will ensure that your new instrument is left in the closet off the chorus room on June 8th. Contact Sarah pick up your new instrument.
