Johnson String Instrument will visit Pine Hill Waldorf School, 77 Pine Hill Drive, Wilton, NH on Tuesday, June 8th to pick up and exchange rental violins, violas and cellos. If you would like to exchange your current rental instrument, close your account, or order a new rental, this is a good opportunity to do so without visiting our Newton store.

Manage your account online: You can check account status, make payments, and order new rentals and accessories online. To get started, visit www.johnsonstring.com and click the MY ACCOUNT link.

Renewals: We encourage you to keep your instrument during the summer. Renew your account now to take advantage of free months offered with 12-month renewals. Renew a violin, viola or cello for 10 months and receive an additional two free months. This offer is for Standard and Advanced rentals, but not Master grade rentals.

Exchanges: To exchange the instrument you are currently renting, call 800-359-9351 to reserve a replacement. Leave your original instrument outside the Eurhythmy room by 12:00 noon June 8th. Your replacement instrument can be picked up from that location on Wednesday, June 9th.

Returns: To return your instrument for the summer, leave it with instructions in the hallway outside the Eurhythmy room before 12:00 noon 0n June 8th. If you are returning an instrument, please be sure it is clearly marked with your name, address and phone number so we know which account to close.

New Rentals: To order a new instrument via www.johnsonstring.com, select RENTALS on the left, select ORDER A RENTAL ONLINE, then select DELIVERY, select your school district, and complete a rental contract. Your instrument will be delivered on June 22nd.
