JSI will visit Ipswich Middle School, 130 High Street, Ipswich, MA on Tuesday, June 15th. We are not meeting customers in person, but we can leave exchanges and new rental instruments with Teresa Natti in the orchestra room. If you need to exchange your current rental instrument, close your account, or order a new rental, this is a good opportunity to do so without visiting our Newton store.

Manage your account online: You can check account status, make payments, and order instruments or accessories online. To get started, visit www.johnsonstring.com and select MY ACCOUNT.

Exchanges: To upgrade or exchange your current instrument, place an order via your account at www.johnsonstring.com, or call 800-359-9351. Leave your original instrument in the orchestra room anytime before 8:00 AM on June 16th. Contact Teresa Natti to pick up your replacement instrument.

Renewals: To encourage keeping instruments during the summer, we offer free months for 12-month standard and advanced rental renewals. Renew a violin, viola or cello for 10 months and receive an additional 2 free months. Renew a bass for 9 months and receive an additional 3 free months. Renew a bass smaller than one-quarter size for 6 months and receive an additional 6 free months.

Returns: To return your instrument for the summer, or to close your rental account, simply leave your instrument in the orchestra room anytime before 8:00 AM on June 15th. Please be sure your instrument is clearly marked with your name and phone number, so we know which rental account to close.

New Rentals: To order a new instrument via www.johnsonstring.com, select RENTALS on the left, select ORDER A RENTAL ONLINE, then select DELIVERY, select your school district, and complete a rental contract. Your instrument will be delivered on June 15th.
