JSI will visit Maple Ave School, 16 Maple Ave, Goffstown, NH on Thursday, 6/17. If you need to exchange your current instrument, close your account, or order a new rental, this is a good opportunity to do so without visiting our Newton, Massachusetts store.

Manage your account online: You can check account status, make payments, and order instruments or accessories online. To get started, visit www.johnsonstring.com and select MY ACCOUNT.

Exchanges: To upgrade or exchange your current rental instrument, place an order via your account at www.johnsonstring.com, or call 800-359-9351. Leave your original instrument in Derek Landano’s music office anytime before 9:00 AM on June 17th. Your new instrument can be picked up after dismissal.

Returns: To return your instrument for the summer, or to close your rental account, leave your instrument in Derek Landano’s music office before 9:00 AM on June 17th. Please label the case with your name and phone number, so we know which rental account to close.

New Rentals: To order a new instrument via www.johnsonstring.com, select RENTALS on the left, select ORDER A RENTAL ONLINE, then select DELIVERY for your school district to complete your rental contract. Your instrument will be delivered on June 17th.

Renewals: To encourage players to keep instruments during the summer, we offer free months for 12-month standard and advanced grade rental renewals. Renew a violin, viola or cello for ten months and receive an additional two free months. Renew a bass for nine months and receive an additional three free months. Renew any bass smaller than ¼ size for six months and receive an additional six free months.
