June 2010 End of the Year Pickups

Dear Avon Public Schools Parent,

Johnson String will visit the Thompson Brook Elementary School on Friday, June 18th to pick up rental returns and make any exchanges. Please meet us in the cafeteria at dismissal time. We will be there from 3-4:30pm. If you would like to exchange your instrument, close your account, or order a new rental, this is a good opportunity to do so without having to arrange shipping or visit our Newton, Massachusetts store.

We will bring extra instruments to the delivery, however we recommend that if you need a new instrument you reserve it in advance, as this is the only way to be certain that we will have the correct size for you. Orders can be placed via www.johnsonstring.com, or by calling 800-359-9351 by 6PM Thursday 6/17.

If you are unable to register in advance, you can complete a rental contract while your child is sized for an instrument. Please note that although rental fees can be paid with check, cash or credit card, we require all JSI renters to provide a credit card number as a security deposit on the rental contract.

Rates include insurance. Renewals can be done by mail, telephone or by setting up an online rental account. Longer periods are less expensive and if you return early, you will be charged only for the time used. Rental equity program: A portion of the rental paid may be used toward the purchase of an instrument.

Some additional items such as books, rock stops, and shoulder rests will be available at the delivery. Please call our office at 800-359-9359 with any specific requests so we can be certain your needs will be met.

Advance Registration is required for bass delivery.
